Under-17 Major 2 clinch 08/09 league title | The under-17 Major 2 team clinched the 2008 / ‘09 league title last night following a 0-0 draw with their closest rivals Killester United at Ellenfield Park. A run of eleven wins, three draws and a single loss made them league winners by six points with a game to spare. This is a just reward for the tremendous efforts put in over the season by Tom and Derek Brennan and their dedicated squad of players.
